This position is open to both experienced clinicians and those who are newly entering the field. Prior clinical employment experience is not required. If you currently hold a qualifying New York State professional license or provisional/limited permit, we encourage you to apply. Clinicians will provide individual therapy, maintain an assigned caseload, complete required clinical documentation, and work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality, client-centered mental health care. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy and mental health services to clients Individual, Family, and Group Therapy Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical documentation Manage an assigned caseload and maintain appropriate client follow-up Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Coordinate care and provide referrals when necessary Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Collaborate with administrative staff, clinical leadership, and other providers Maintain professional and ethical standards Participate in supervision and clinical consultation when applicable Experience & Qualifications No prior professional clinical experience required New and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related clinical field Must currently hold an applicable New York State professional license or qualifying provisional/limited permit Eligible credentials may include LMSW, LCSW/LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or other applicable NYS clinical credentials Applicants without an active qualifying license or permit are not eligible for this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ability to manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care Ready to Start Your Next Chapter?
