Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience working with preschool and elementary school children Experience working with children with Special Needs, a plus Responsibilities include: Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism Collecting data on the child's progress using a web app Completing Daily Session Notes Reach out today!
