Full-Time Join Our Compassionate Behavioral Health Team! FSN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapy Aide to join our Bio Behavioral Health Unit. This vital role supports patient care in a dynamic psychiatric and behavioral health environment, helping to foster a safe, therapeutic setting for individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, direct therapeutic support to patients, including crisis intervention when necessary. Monitor patient safety and behavior during evening shifts, ensuring a secure environment. Assist with facilitating group activities and implementing daily therapeutic programs. Observe, document, and report patient interactions, behavioral changes, and safety concerns to clinical staff promptly. Support the maintenance of a therapeutic environment aligned with facility protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Current CPR certification is mandatory. Experience working with psychiatric patients within the last 2 years required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
