Mental Health Therapist (PT/FT) LiveWell Homecare Agency Cleveland, OH Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Master's degree Full Job Description Seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor with clinical expertise and faith-based values to support clients facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Positions available are part-time or full-time with flexible productivity expectations. Rewards include a $1000-2500 employment bonus (prorated for PT), 401(k) with employer match, health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and life insurance (FT only).
Requirements:
Master's level Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC); independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred; supervisory designation welcomed.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to faith-based statement of faith and code of conduct, demonstrating Christ-like attitude and core values of Relentless Commitment, Selflessness, and Kindness. Provide individual and family mental health counseling using evidence-based interventions aligned with treatment plans. Complete mental health assessments, accurate diagnoses, and collaborative treatment plans. Maintain timely, thorough documentation, including daily progress notes for billing. Engage in peer review, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
