Contractors manage their own caseloads, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality client care while upholding ethical and legal standards. Duties Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and any other therapeutic modality that is within your competency. Manage your caseload with independence, including scheduling, conducting client assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and management for clients in acute distress or crisis situations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with complex needs, including those with developmental disabilities or mental health disorders. Document clinical interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including medical records and treatment plans using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. Maintain excellence in documentation with timely and accurate client records (goal: within 48 hours). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health trends through clinical research and data collection. Support continuity of care by coordinating referrals when needed and ensuring clients are connected to resources. Uphold professional and ethical standards in line with the Ohio Revised Code Section 4757, staying up to date with evolving laws and regulations in Ohio and any other licensed states, as well as your disciplines code of ethics. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or certification as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.

D., Ph.D.) is required. Experience working with children, adolescents, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth. Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards in behavioral health settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential. Proficiency in individual/group counseling techniques as well as a knowledge base of resources in the community. Experience with AI in Mental Health Practices is a plus.
