M-F Pay Range:
58k - 68k per year About Leora Leora Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of outpatient care to help support as many clients as possible. Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need. Responsibilities Provide high-quality PHP, IOP, and OP treatment to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with clients and their support systems to develop and implement personalized treatment plans . Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Qualifications License/Education/Certification:
LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred) At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling. (Preferred) Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
