Job Description
Seeking compassionate Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor to address anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship issues, integrating clinical skills with faith. Part-time or full-time roles with flexible productivity expectations available. Benefits include a $1000-2500 employment bonus (prorated for PT), 401(k) with employer match, health, dental, vision insurance (FT only), paid time off, holidays, and life insurance (FT only).
Requirements:
Master's level Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC); independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred; supervisory designation welcomed.Responsibilities:
Adhere to faith-based statement of faith and conduct; provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based interventions; complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and documentation promptly; participate in supervision and quality activities; demonstrate Christ-like attitude reflecting core values of commitment, selflessness, and kindness.Benefits
