We are hiring therapists for both our Beachwood and Rocky River offices . Applicants may choose the office location that best fits their preferences and needs. Qualifications We are seeking therapists who: Hold a master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Have an active license to practice in the state of Ohio. Are skilled and experienced in working with individuals and couples. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a compassionate, client-centered approach. Are committed to providing exceptional mental health care and building meaningful therapeutic relationships. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, compassionate care. This is a W-2 Employee position with benefits. You control your schedule and caseload, and earn a percentage of the revenue you generate. Counseling Job Responsibilities:
