FT position with excellent benefits. We also have PT or Contract positions available. Positions are for home based, office based, school based, and/or telehealth services. Must be licensed LCSW, LPC, or LADC or Under supervision for one of these licensures.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a professional, confidential relationship with the patient. Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families and co-workers. Conduct medical screenings and follow-ups, as needed. Communicate with the patient's family and other health care providers. Deal with difficult patients and their families. Create an environment that allows the patient to feel safe and to feel understood. Recognize common symptoms associated with mental illness such as depression or anxiety, and refer patients for further treatment as needed.
