We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide mental health support, focusing on clients with PTSD. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using applied behavior analysis and coping strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in discharge planning, and engage in clinical research to improve outcomes. Collect progress data and adjust treatments accordingly, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice. Requirements include a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, experience with youth preferred, and strong assessment and communication skills. Knowledge of ABA is a plus.
