Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to individual circumstances Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions with active engagement and sensitivity Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients Educate clients on coping strategies, mental health awareness, and available community resources Report on patient conditions regularly, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality protocols Requirements Proven experience in mental health therapy or counseling with a focus on critical care or acute mental health situations Strong understanding of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments Certification as a licensed mental health therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems for documentation purposes Knowledge of health education principles to support patient empowerment and recovery efforts Basic life support (BLS) certification and CPR training preferred to ensure safety during emergencies Join us in delivering impactful mental health services that transform lives!
