  • $70,000 + $2,000 Employment Bonus Position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. MONDAY
  • FRIDAY 9:00 am
  • 5:00 pm four days and 12:00 pm
  • 8:00 pm one day.
You will work with our Medical Director and clinical team to provide trauma-informed treatment addressing the mental health needs of adolescents in our residential school. Responsibilities include performing assessments, creating treatment plans, conducting individual and group sessions weekly, and maintaining case file documentation. The position reports directly to the Program Manager and provides case consultation to the Medical Director. The Academy Schools provides comprehensive training including but not limited to trauma-informed treatment and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, supervision hours are provided to all therapists. Qualifications include a master's degree in: Psychology Social Work Counseling Sociology Family Studies Previous experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting is beneficial but not required.
