This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality behavioral health treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Summary The Master's Level Clinician is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to support positive client outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy services. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed. Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers. Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and training activities. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and assist with safety planning.
