UPMC is seeking a Supervisor Behavioral Health Therapy to lead a team of therapists delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, oversee caseloads and documentation, and ensure use of evidence-based interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care managers, drive quality improvement initiatives, and support staff development within UPMC's mission-driven, innovative, and academically focused behavioral health programs.
