We are Hiring an Experienced Outpatient Therapist in Philadelphia. This is a Temp-Hire Opportunity! Hours are M-F 8am-4pm (35 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

Provide for computerized data collection, storage, access and retrieval. Provide and maintain effective linkages with partners and customers. Work collaboratively with psychiatrist to assure best practices and evidence based approaches are used. Assure accurate and timely intakes of new customers. Lead individual and group-based therapeutic services to individuals experiencing psychiatric symptoms, with an emphasis on identifying strengths, building resilience, and supporting meaningful recovery. Utilize a recovery-oriented approach that promotes hope, personal responsibility, self-advocacy, education, and the development of natural and professional support systems. Oversees the development and implementation of individualized action plans in collaboration with individuals, families, groups, and key stakeholders. Provides guidance and oversight to ensure effective delivery of education and coaching related to wellness and recovery strategies, including medication management, healthy lifestyle practices, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and techniques that promote positive and productive thinking. Manages the assessment and evaluation of individual needs, readiness for change, functional abilities, goals, and environmental and social supports to ensure services and action plans are responsive to individual needs. Conduct intake and clinical evaluations and provide individual, family, group, and collateral sessions based on the needs of the individuals served. Provides oversight and guidance in the development, review, and updating of individualized treatment plans, ensuring collaboration with individuals, families, and identified supports, as appropriate, and alignment with applicable state, regulatory, and payer requirements. Oversees and evaluates client progress toward established goals, ensuring effective coordination of treatment reviews with individuals and service team members to assess outcomes, address barriers, and determine appropriate next steps. Connect individuals with psychiatric care and other internal and external community resources and services based on identified needs. Apply evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques that support improved functioning, independence, and overall wellness. Deliver services in a manner that recognizes, respects, and responds appropriately to each individual's cultural background, preferences, values, and experiences. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in the Electronic Health Record (Credible), including documentation of services, treatment progress, demographic information, and other required information. Ensure all required clinical and consent documentation remains current and complete, including Consent to Treatment and other applicable forms. Complete all documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory and third-party payer requirements. Lead individual and group supervision to strengthen clinical practice, discuss cases, receive feedback, and ensure services are delivered effectively and appropriately. Follow established discharge and transfer procedures, coordinating services and completing required documentation to support continuity of care. Provide coverage for assigned cases when necessary, including responding to urgent needs, emergencies, and situations requiring crisis intervention. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Meets Community Behavioral Health (CBH) requirements for designation as a Mental Health Professional. Master's degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline, including required coursework. A minimum of two years of verified experience in the mental health field

Pay:

$58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
