Position:

We are currently hiring an EMDR trained therapist to join our trauma-focused Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and interested in supporting adults (18+) navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges About the

Position:

Facilitate daily PHP groups for adults experiencing trauma-related symptoms. Incorporate experiential and somatic interventions within structured group sessions to promote regulation and healing. Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-supported modalities such as EMDR, parts work, and psychodrama. Conduct weekly individual and family therapy sessions when needed. Complete initial consultation assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions. Maintain accurate documentation and manage authorizations in a timely manner. Engage in bi-weekly clinical supervision and case consultation with peers to enhance professional growth and program consistency.

Who You Are:

Deeply committed to working with individuals recovering from complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociation. EMDR trained or eager to pursue EMDR training (Must have at least 1 year experience working with clients that have trauma/PTSD/complex trauma). Skilled in or trained in experiential treatment approaches (e.g., somatic work, role play, movement, expressive modalities). Experienced in group facilitation and familiar with best practices for trauma-focused, evidence-based interventions. Competent in treatment planning, documentation, and progress note completion. Licensed or working toward licensure in a mental health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

Compensation & Benefits:
