Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' emotional and behavioral issues
- Complete clients' progress notes, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with current research in the field of mental health therapy
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
- Valid registration as an AMFT, APCC or licensure as a
LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
- Experience working with children/adolescents and couples preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Trained (or open to training) OR experienced in EMDR or similar trauma modality preferred
