We are committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and well-organized practice environment where clinicians can do meaningful clinical work while maintaining balance and sustainability. We believe therapists provide the highest quality care when they have strong administrative support, professional autonomy, and a collaborative team behind them. Our practice handles scheduling, billing, marketing, and client consultations so clinicians can stay focused on client care. Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual Armenian-speaking Associate or Licensed Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values thoughtful, high-quality therapy and wants to work in a supportive private practice without the burden of managing scheduling, billing, marketing, or consultations independently. This position includes both telehealth and in-person therapy, with a minimum of one day per week in our Arcadia office . What You'll Do Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Offer services in both Armenian and English Conduct sessions virtually and in person Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development Deliver ethical, client-centered care aligned with practice standards What We Offer Flexible scheduling with autonomy to shape your workweek Full administrative support , including scheduling, billing, marketing, and client consultations Professional autonomy to work with your preferred populations and areas of focus Streamlined systems designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden A supportive, therapist-led environment that values collaboration and clinician well-being Opportunities for professional growth, consultation, and ongoing training A practice culture that prioritizes quality care, balance, and sustainability Qualifications Active California license or associate registration: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, or APCC Fluency in Armenian and English Experience providing psychotherapy in virtual and/or in-person settings Availability for at least one in-person day per week in Arcadia Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and documentation practices Preferred Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families Experience serving Armenian-speaking clients and families Ability to build trust quickly and provide culturally responsive care Interest in being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented private practice Why Join Aspire Counseling Group Aspire Counseling Group offers the warmth and support of a close-knit team with the structure and professionalism of a thoughtfully run practice.
