A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle are required for travel to clients' homes. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check including fingerprinting. Preferred Experience Prior experience in providing positive behavior support, particularly for children displaying behavioral challenges. Experience working with children of varying age groups, specifically ages 3-20, and familiarity with their rights and needs, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
