Provide crisis intervention services for children and adolescents in emotional distress or mental health emergencies, effectively assessing risk and developing immediate response strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. Our client population includes those struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, and various behavioral challenges. Your expertise will not only assist individuals in crisis but also empower families with strategies to promote long-term well-being, aligning with our organizational vision of holistic health. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State. Strong knowledge base in child and adolescent psychological development as well as treatment modalities that are evidence-based.
