In this role, you will provide high quality, trauma-informed individual therapy to children and adolescents, helping them navigate mental health challenges and build resilience. While your primary focus will be one-on-one counseling, collaboration with families and schools may also be part of your work to ensure consistent support and continuity of care. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young clients and their families. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy for children and teens addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges. Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and the unique needs of each client. Engage families and, when appropriate, schools or other support systems to coordinate care and reinforce therapeutic goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes. Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training to enhance clinical skills. Contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment. Requirements Must be independently licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, with flexibility for daytime, evening, and/or weekend appointments. Experience and comfort providing therapy to children and adolescents. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage a caseload independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in collaborating with families and external support systems. What We Offer Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
