Position Overview:

We're currently hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker to join our growing team of independent contractors. You'll provide individual therapy services to a diverse caseload (primarily children and adolescents), with the freedom to set your own schedule, manage your sessions, and work in a way that aligns with your strengths and interests.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual therapy (telehealth and/or in-person) Maintain timely documentation and treatment plans in EHR Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients of all backgrounds

Who You Are:

Licensed in

NC:

LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist Associate Licensed Encouraged to Apply Able to commit to a minimum of 15-25 client sessions per week Passionate about mental wellness, cultural humility, and community impact Comfortable working independently but open to collaboration Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Big Plus If You Have:

Active paneling with NC Medicaid or other Insurances (or willingness to become paneled) Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma-focused populations Familiarity with Medicaid or insurance-based clients
