The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, has experience working with children, and is looking for opportunities to grow. We have recently opened in the Downingtown area and are seeking candidates with strong leadership qualities to eventually grow with the organization. All candidates must possess a Pennsylvania License in good standing.

Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Provide mental health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience/licensure
• Respond to client crises as necessary and make recommendations to keep the client safeand ensure all company safety measures are followed
• Complete progress notes, with signature, and other documentation to keep client's records up to date and submit billing within 48 hours of the session time
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the profession as well as adhere to documentation and billing requirements of insurance companies
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in interactions with others
• Develop a rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship
• Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of positionwith limited supervision
• Maintain open communication with other members of the team on a daily basis
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask Educational Requirments-at least one of the following: Master's Level with at least 2 years of experience Associate license

LPC, LSW, LCSW

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
