We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist for Couples Therapy/Family Therapy (LCSW or LCPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health counseling services within a supportive, family-friendly practice environment. You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral interventions Deliver specialized treatment for conditions including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and related concernsUtilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance engagement and support positive behavioral change Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA regulationsParticipate in crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Qualifications & Experience Active licensure as an LCSW or LCPC Level 1 or Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy or willingness to acquire certification. Proven experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling to diverse populations Background in family and couples counseling Knowledge of mental health-related medical terminology and ability to interpret clinical records Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding Proficiency in applying evidence-based modalities such as CBT and other behavioral or psychodynamic approaches Why Join Us?
