Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington state. At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on trauma-informed care preferred. In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective interventions to address these conditions.
