B's Effort Changing Counseling, PLLC | Rowan County, NC 1099 contract position | Flexible schedule B's Effort Changing Counseling is a family oriented practice seeking compassionate therapists to join our team. Founded by Chanelle Delima, LCSW, and Lanesha Price, LCSW, LCASA, our practice is led by clinicians who understand the work firsthand. We value supportive relationships, open communication, and the well being of both our clients and clinicians.

Work location:

This is a hybrid position, not a fully remote role. Therapists may provide telehealth sessions, but must also be available to see clients in person at our office or at assigned schools in Rowan County. Your schedule and mix of sessions can be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy within your training and scope of practice Work with children, adolescents, and adults based on your experience Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes on time Coordinate with families, schools, and other providers when appropriate and authorized Communicate with the team about referrals, scheduling, and client needs Qualifications Active North Carolina LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA license Experience with children and adolescents, or an interest in school based services Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills Comfort using an electronic health record Availability to build a caseload of at least 10 clients per week Ability to travel to Rowan County school sites if serving school based clients Position details 1099 contract position with a flexible schedule Compensation rates vary by license level and session length Supervision options for associate licensees can be discussed To apply, submit your résumé and a brief note about your license, experience, availability, and interest in school based work.
