In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, fostering positive change and emotional well-being. You will utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral management techniques, to support clients through various mental health challenges. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and well-being. Collect and analyze clinical data to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records following healthcare diagnosis coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) and CPT coding standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, or other behavioral health needs. Engage in case management activities including patient assessment, discharge planning, and community resource linkage to support home & community care initiatives. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver clinical counseling services remotely while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with clinical ethical guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as an MFT or equivalent in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience in psychotherapy with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding (CPT), and HIPAA compliance requirements. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable. Strong skills in clinical research methodologies and evidence-based practice implementation. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing caseloads independently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care, behavioral health assessment, and clinical documentation standards.
