Our practice operates primarily through teletherapy, thus ensuring you can provide care to clients who are homebound or prefer virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans. Provide tailored individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth and emotional resilience. Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and diligently track their progress throughout the treatment process. Document client interactions with precision and uphold ethical standards to maintain a high quality of care. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By applying evidence-based therapies, you will have the chance to make a substantial impact on their journey to recovery, offering them your support through challenges in their mental health. Qualifications A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Proven ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and struggles. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads and administrative tasks effectively. Preferred Experience Experience in teletherapy and remote counseling is highly desirable. Background in group therapy practices and community outreach is a plus. Training in specialized areas such as addiction therapy, trauma-informed care, or child and adolescent therapy is beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from
USD 70,000
