You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient referrals and emergencies. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the needs and concerns of children and adolescents. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the developmental stages of each young patient and the dynamics of their families. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, to address a spectrum of mental health conditions. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive treatment outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus This role specializes in working with a diverse range of child and adolescent clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois. Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
