If you're a Maryland-licensed therapist looking for a full-time caseload, consistent referrals, competitive compensation, monthly bonus potential, and genuine opportunities for professional growth , we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do You'll manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week , providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth. With a strong referral pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to build a consistent caseload while focusing on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00-9:00 PM , with weekend availability a plus.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting clinical intakes and assessments Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team Maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR ‍‍‍ Providing family education and care coordination Building strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families Compensation & Benefits We believe clinicians should be well compensated, supported, and given opportunities to grow. $65/billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT with independent licensure $45/billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings) Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Paid time off $300 annual CEU reimbursement Free clinical supervision for eligible licenses through our Residency & Fellowship Program ❤️ $25,000 company-paid life insurance Dedicated administrative support from experienced Care Coordinators Pathways into clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and professional development Monthly Bonus Potential Your earning potential doesn't stop at your billable rate. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, providing an additional opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently delivering high-quality care. What We're Looking For Master's degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment ️ Strong technology skills and ability to learn systems including Zoom, Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and collaboration tools Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Why Backpack Healthcare?
