What We're Looking For- We are seeking a fully licensed Tennessee mental health professional who is no longer practicing under supervision, including:

LPC-MHSP LMFT LCSW

Licensed Psychologist Other independently licensed mental health professionals with appropriate Tennessee credentials Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field Current, unrestricted Tennessee license Fully independently licensed — not currently under supervision Experience providing professional mental health services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional team Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice Comfortable providing counseling within the scope of your training and licensure Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. Provide individual counseling sessions focused on issues like anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver clinical counseling and therapy services remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies. Maintain detailed medical records and clinical documentation adhering to healthcare regulations including HIPAA and clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination and treatment planning to ensure holistic support for clients.
