Job Description

Are you a fully licensed clinician looking for great work-life balance who wants to be part of a talented group of providers? Gatewell Therapy Center is looking for a licensed therapist to join our team! We are a small group practice specializing in DBT, eating disorders, and trauma. Our team is collaborative and supportive and committed to growth, connection, and liberation.

a fully licensed therapist (no registered interns) able to commit to 25 clinical hours per week, building slowly to start willing to see up to eight clients per week in our Coral Gables office (remote work is acceptable for the rest) trained and experienced in working with children, teens, and/or couples interested in DBT and in working with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression interested in performing clinical evaluations for immigration purposes a team player who enjoys collaborating with and supporting other staff members looking to settle into a professional home (this role is not for someone who already has a private practice) Spanish-speaking (strongly preferred) What we offer: W-2 stability and benefits competitive pay (generally $60-$160/clinical hour, depending on session fees) health/dental/vision insurance with 25+ sessions s a week 3% matching retirement account annual CE/licensure stipend cell phone stipend potential for annual bonuses consultation and moral support (weekly paid DBT consultation group) 100% practice support (referrals, marketing, administrative support) so that you can focus solely on your clinical work Send your resume and cover letter to srosenfeld@gatewelltherapycenter to be considered to join our highly skilled and collegial team!
