Our office is growing and we are looking for 1-2 new therapist to join our team as our busy season approaches. The clinic houses 6 Nurse Practitioners and 16 Therapist. This Position will be:
Per patient Pay @ $60 for Limited license staff $70 for licensed staff 1099 to W2 after 6 months for all employees Looking for a therapist who is willing to come into the office 1-2x week Clinic sees Kids, Couples, Families, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders , PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Autism, Substance Disorders EMDR or DBT informed or certified a plus Sex Therapist a plus 1099 to start advancing to W2 and Benefits after 6months $1200 yearly stipend toward ceus, malpractice, license etc... ( for fully licensed therapist) Insurance, Dental Vision 401 with 3% Match (For FT staff) PTO, Vacation and Holiday Pay Recently hired 2 Therapist all full within 2 months Unable to reimburse for Medicaid or Medicare no shows FT is 32 patient hours/ week- Benefits for FT only PT 20 patient hours per week - Partial benefits Two hours of direct supervision paid per month along with billing supervision. We make it easy for you to run the private practice of your dreams within our practice. Building a solid case load in 3-6months. We pay every 2 weeks, so no waiting on billing or trying to figure out percentages. W2 and 1099 opportunities offered. Clinic has 6 NPs, so your clients will have access to medication management within the practice. At least 1-year experience preferred working with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders and Adjustment Disorders. Specialties such as OCD, working with Children, Couples, Autism, BPD and Trauma are a bonus.
