In this role, you'll take the lead in developing individualized behavior support plans, guiding caregivers, and helping families build the skills needed for long-term success. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and ongoing clinical assessments Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans and risk/safety plans Provide Behavior Management Therapy in accordance with IHBS medical necessity criteria Supervise and coordinate implementation of interventions by Behavior Monitors Train caregivers and other providers on behavior strategies and skill-building techniques Collaborate with the Care Planning Team (CPT), schools, and other providers Monitor progress toward behavioral goals and modify interventions as needed Ensure all services align with the youth's Individual Care Plan (ICP) when applicable Complete all required documentation timely in accordance with RISE and MBHP standards Required Qualifications Master's degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related human services field) Must meet one of the following : Licensed clinician (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse, etc.) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Eligible for BCBA certification within 9 months Master's-level clinician working under supervision of a licensed supervisor Ability to provide services in home/community settings and work flexible hours, mostly after school hours. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English-Spanish) encourage to apply. Experience with behavioral assessment and intervention strategies Previous experience working in CBHI programs
