Join Our Team as a Virtual Psychotherapist at Niyama Center

Design a schedule that fits your life Maximize your earning potential We're looking for therapists who are: Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or eager to complete a 50-hour training through our trusted somatic and attachment-focused EMDR provider. We've built a structured-yet-flexible schedule that allows our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while supporting a steady, full caseload. Remote, Flexible Schedule
  • Conduct all sessions virtually from a secure home office. Consistent Weekly Hours
Full-time:
~30 scheduled client sessions/week
Part-time:
~25 scheduled client sessions/week Evening Availability
  • To meet client demand and maximize income, clinicians work some evenings in addition to daytime appointments. Exclusivity for Best Results

  • We prioritize sustainable caseloads, same-day or next-morning documentation, and dedicated time for team meetings and professional growth.
Credentials & Experience Fully licensed in Michigan as LMSW or LPC, etc 1-2+ years of outpatient therapy experience, ideally with trauma-informed practice. EMDR-trained or motivated to become trained recognizing the value of this skill in trauma therapy and long-term career growth. Experienced in working with adults, adolescents, or couples in virtual or outpatient settings. $60,000.00
