Work Environment This role operates within a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility in managing your schedule. You'll work alongside a supportive group of fellow mental health professionals dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns thoroughly, leading to tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based techniques designed to foster personal development and emotional well-being. Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, actively monitoring their progress through regular reviews. Provide teletherapy for clients requiring virtual counseling, ensuring accessibility for those who may face mobility challenges. Maintain accurate and ethical documentation for all client interactions, in compliance with state regulations and professional standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and stay current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will serve at Sibley Psychotherapy Services come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By utilizing a holistic and empathetic approach, you will help individuals uncover and resolve underlying issues, ultimately supporting their journey toward recovery and personal growth. Qualifications Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients. A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences. High level of organizational and time management skills, essential for effective caseload management. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with individuals experiencing mental health crises. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to provide effective remote therapy sessions. Experience with delivering group therapy and family therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary ranges from
USD 70,000
