Join the Battle Mental Health Team Licensed Therapist (Minimum 10 Hours Per Week) This isn't just another therapy job. It's a calling. Complete documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards. Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients. Collaborate with our clinical team when appropriate. Participate in ongoing professional development. Help create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. Qualifications Active North Carolina license (LCMHC or LCMHCA, LCSW or LCSWA, LMFT or LMFTA, or Licensed Psychologist). Professional liability insurance. Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to cultural humility and lifelong learning.
