A Better Way to Practice ListenWell Behavioral Health is seeking independently licensed clinicians throughout Tennessee who want to provide meaningful psychotherapy to older adults without carrying the full administrative and business burden of private practice. You provide the care. We support the business around it. ListenWell develops referral relationships and provides the operational support surrounding your caseload, including intake, benefit verification, scheduling, payer credentialing, billing, collections, and denial follow-up. Opportunities are available statewide, with clinicians partnered with senior living communities in or near the geographic areas they serve , based on clinician location, availability, and current community needs. Clinicians support older adults experiencing grief, loneliness, anxiety, depression, adjustment to changes in health or living environment, caregiver stress, chronic illness, loss of independence, trauma-related symptoms, and other significant life transitions.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting diagnostic assessments Developing individualized treatment plans Providing medically necessary, evidence-informed psychotherapy Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as clinically appropriate Coordinating care when authorized and clinically indicated Completing timely, accurate, payer-aligned documentation Compensation and Availability $55 to $65 per completed billable clinical hour , based on the applicable service, clinician experience, modality, location, and current service needs. We are prioritizing clinicians who can generally offer at least 10 patient-appointment hours per week while actively accepting referrals. You determine the days and times those hours are available. Referral volume, patient volume, and compensation are not guaranteed. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not include employee benefits, paid time off, or a standing on-call requirement. Qualifications Current active, unrestricted Tennessee license as an LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist Master's or doctoral degree in an applicable behavioral health discipline Individual NPI and eligibility for Medicare and applicable payer credentialing Experience providing psychotherapy to adults Strong assessment, treatment-planning, risk-management, and documentation skills Professional liability insurance Secure home-office environment and reliable internet for remote services Reliable transportation for accepted in-person assignments Commitment to ethical, person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care Experience in older adult behavioral health, senior living, grief and loss, chronic illness, Medicare Part B psychotherapy, telehealth, or dementia-sensitive care is preferred.
