Answers Within Counseling, PLLC is a mental health practice that focuses on helping individuals accomplish their goals and better their future. We are seeking a part-time or full-time clinician who is empathetic and works well with children, teens, and adults. If you are a fully licensed mental health therapist looking for a warm and caring environment to work at, come join our team! Our office is committed to helping others, and that includes our staff as well! While you focus on providing high-quality therapy for your clients, our team will take care of all the billing, onboarding of new clients, credentialing, marketing, and other administrative tasks. All therapists create their own work schedules & can work from the office or from the comfort of their own home. We work with several commercial health insurance companies and provide therapists with all client referrals. This is a 1099 Contractual position. Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, or adults (depending on specializations and experience with certain populations) Provide therapeutic services with attention to the client's age-specific, cultural, developmental, and/or special needs, or circumstances Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans as needed for clients Complete required client paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion Stay up to date with new research and best practices for therapy

Requirements:

All candidates must be fully licensed by the State of Michigan Experience with technology or ability to learn new software (AWC utilizes TherapyNotes to manage client information, treatment planning, progress notes, and appointment scheduling) Caring, empathetic, and passionate about clients and their wellness Knowledge, training, and experience utilizing assessment techniques and evidence-based interventions for specific populations What we offer: Fully furnished and decorated rooms for practice Billing services Flexible schedule (in-person or telehealth options available, and build your own hours of availability) Enrollment and credentialing with major insurance companies Intakes and referrals to fill caseload Website profile (including biography and picture) Access to a HIPAA-compliant EHR and video platform (TherapyNotes) Front desk staff for support during business hours A caring and calm environment to support both clients and clinicians
