Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices, including solution-focused interventions that result in the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances. Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches designed to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes. Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate tracking of treatment progress and client interactions. The telehealth format allows us to extend our reach and serve clients from various backgrounds and community settings in Stockton and beyond, fostering inclusivity and support. Qualifications Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and active licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California. A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques that allows for personalized, client-centered approaches in therapy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and engage with clients and their families.
