We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults , making care more accessible for families across the state. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're committed to supporting both our clients and the therapists who care for them. If you're passionate about working with youth, value work-life balance, and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team—we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do You'll provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00-9:00 PM EST) , with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.
Your day-to-day includes:
Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) ‍‍ Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care What We Offer $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians 401(k) with a 3% company match $150 annual CEU reimbursement ❤️ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth as we continue expanding throughout Kentucky 100% Remote Work ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who have: ✔️ An active Kentucky independent license ( LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT ) ✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population ✔️ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment ✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
