All-1-Family, Inc.'s mission is twofold: To provide affordable, low-cost counseling services to LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies. To serve as a bridge connecting LGBTQ+ individuals seeking counseling with mental health professionals who provide affirming, competent, and compassionate care. All-1-Family is an affirming practice serving gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as their families and allies. We recognize that individuals and families may face unique challenges while navigating a world that does not always support or affirm their identities, relationships, or family structures. Our practice strives to provide a therapeutic environment grounded in openness, acceptance, exploration, respect, and compassion . We welcome individuals who are exploring their identity or who have not yet determined how they identify. Position Overview We are seeking licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about providing accessible, affirming, culturally responsive, and person-centered mental health care. Therapists will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, from mild to severe presentations. Potential client concerns and diagnoses may include: Depression Anxiety Panic disorder PTSD and trauma-related concerns Substance use concerns OCD Eating disorders Relationship and family concerns LGBTQ+ identity and exploration Gender identity and expression Life transitions and adjustment concerns Other mental health and behavioral health conditions Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Hold an active mental health license in the State of Georgia — no exceptions Eligible Georgia credentials include:

LMFT LAMFT LPC LAPC LCSW LMSW

Psychologist Maintain professional licensure and required credentials in good standing Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and ethical practice Demonstrate a commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive care Be comfortable providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
