Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, college students, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs and treatment plans Provide individual, therapy sessions using different modalities Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and ensure ongoing progress monitoring Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical ethical guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, medical documentation, and coordinated patient care efforts Maintain accurate clinical records within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems in accordance with HIPAA regulations Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques. Some may include, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, and behavior management strategies Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration with healthcare providers Ability to work with diverse populations Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, treatment planning processes, and medical terminology Experience delivering telehealth therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards Join us to empower individuals on their journey toward mental wellness!
