Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, using standardized tools and methods to formulate accurate treatment plans. Your role will significantly contribute to each client's journey towards recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred . Demonstrated experience or training in mental health counseling, with proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies. A deep understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to a range of mental health disorders. Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills that promote strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Strong communication and collaborative abilities, allowing you to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
