Empowered Wellness Counseling Solutions is a growing private practice providing compassionate, individualized mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a part-time mental health clinician to join our practice as we expand our services. We value clinical autonomy, flexibility, collaboration, and high-quality client care. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians can focus on their clients while having access to the administrative and practice support they need. Position We are seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health clinician to provide individual therapy to clients referred through the practice. What You'll Do Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and/or adults Develop individualized treatment plans and provide clinically appropriate interventions Complete required clinical documentation within appropriate timeframes Maintain ethical and professional standards within your scope of practice Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and practice staff Utilize the practice's EHR Follow reasonable practice policies and procedures Maintain required professional credentials and liability insurance What We Offer Flexible scheduling Ability to determine your schedule within available office hours No requirement to remain in the office when you do not have a scheduled client Referrals and marketing support Administrative/billing support Practice manager support EHR access Office space Opportunity to build a caseload based on your availability and clinical interests Clinical autonomy and independence Supportive practice environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding private practice Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Compassionate and client-centered Reliable and professional Comfortable working independently Organized and responsive Interested in providing evidence-based, individualized care Comfortable working with a variety of presenting concerns Committed to ethical and culturally responsive practice Experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, children/adolescents, or family concerns is a plus but not required. Schedule & Caseload Part-time position with a flexible schedule. Clinician is able to structure their hours based on availability and client needs.
