Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMFT) Join a Collaborative Behavioral Health Team Modern Regenerative Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (Psych NPs) in a collaborative care model focused on delivering exceptional mental health services. Whether you prefer in-person care, telehealth, or a hybrid schedule, we offer flexibility while maintaining a strong team-based approach. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals. Collaborate closely with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners regarding medication management and integrated patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and other appropriate modalities. Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations when appropriate. Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions and treatment recommendations. Maintain confidentiality while complying with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Active New Hampshire license (or ability to obtain one) as:
