Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Part-Time or Full-Time Clear Springs Therapy | McHenry, Illinois | Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) About Clear Springs Therapy Clear Springs Therapy is a growing private practice in McHenry, Illinois, built around a simple belief: good therapy begins with authentic connection. We provide compassionate, practical, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, grief, and other challenges. We are looking for a licensed therapist who wants to do meaningful clinical work while having the support and flexibility of a growing private practice. You won't be expected to manage all of the administrative demands of running a practice. We provide support with scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and client communication so you can focus your energy where it matters most—your clients. The Opportunity We are seeking a caring, skilled, and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Work with children, adolescents, adults, and/or older adults according to your clinical interests and experience Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice Participate in case consultation and team meetings as appropriate Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling, billing, and client coordination Provide services through both telehealth and in-person sessions

What We're Looking For Required:

Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Active Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) Experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults Strong clinical judgment and professional ethics Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated Preferred, but not required: Experience working with couples or families Training or experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, ACT, ERP, or other evidence-based approaches Experience working with anxiety/OCD, trauma, depression, or relationship concerns Credentialing with major insurance panels or willingness to become credentialed Experience with electronic health records and telehealth What Clear Springs Therapy Offers Competitive per-session compensation , based on licensure, experience, and caseload Part-time or full-time opportunities Flexible scheduling Hybrid work: in-person and telehealth Administrative support with credentialing, billing and resolving claims Clinical autonomy—you can practice in a way that fits your clinical strengths A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth The opportunity to develop a meaningful caseload and grow with an expanding practice We are particularly interested in clinicians who are looking for more than simply a place to see clients.
