WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Licensed LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist In person/ telehealth hybrid in our: Davie or Palm Beach Gardens or Boca Raton offices Offer

AT LEAST 3

evenings a week (3pm-8pm or 4pm-9pm) OR 2 evenings a week and 1 weekend day Willing to work with Adults (21yo-64yo) AND Couples Also kids and teenagers are needed as well Ability to provide a minimum of 15 hours of availability per week Responsibilities Provide individual or couples counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs. Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals and couples Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Provide couples therapy focusing on relationship dynamics, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Conduct suicide risk assessments and develop patient safety plans as clinically indicated to support patient safety as needed. Document all clinical encounters accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical terminology standards. Utilize telehealth experience to expand access to services while maintaining confidentiality and quality of care. Requirements Valid licensure LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist Independent & motivated therapists who want flexibility (must have a personal laptop for Telehealth) Committed to quality care with professional documentation skills Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology essential for maintaining confidentiality and accurate recordkeeping. Excellent communication skills with the capacity for empathetic listening and culturally sensitive engagement. Commitment to ethical standards of confidentiality and patient care excellence.
