Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Remote & Hybrid Contract Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy services to youth & adults on-site and/or via our HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Duties Provide individual therapy to youth and adult clients utilizing evidence-based interventions. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic screenings, and monthly progress reports. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with professional and ethical standards. Manage a minimal caseload of 10 client sessions per week (part-time), or 20 client sessions per week (full-time) Attend monthly meetings for case consultation, team cohesion, etc. Collaborate with other professionals, as required, to ensure integrated care. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Stay up to date with best practices in mental health treatment. Qualifications A Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. Active independent licensure in South Carolina as an LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent preferred Accepting LMSW's who are in need of licensure supervision Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to youth and/or adults. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments and treatment planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing telehealth sessions. Must have professional liability insurance. Compensation & Benefits Competitive 1099 contractor rate based on experience and credentials. Compensation rate is fee-for-service, and will be discussed during the interview process.
