Dynamic Psychotherapy Center, Inc. is seeking a Psychological Associate or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, hybrid position for a warm, thoughtful, and compassionate clinician who values both clinical independence and being part of a supportive therapeutic community. Our practice provides psychotherapy to a culturally diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Services are provided both in person in our Torrance office and virtually throughout California . We intentionally maintain sustainable caseloads. Clinicians typically build toward approximately 25 clients per week, with a firm maximum of 30 clients per week . We believe that maintaining a manageable caseload is essential to providing high-quality care, continuing to grow as a clinician, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
